How to use:

Place a Call:

1. Dial access number (800) 784-3223
2. Enter your PIN - the code you received on time of purchase
3. International Calls: 011+ country code + city code + phone number
4. Long Distance Calls to US and Canada: 1 + area code + phone number

After concluding the call:

• To place another call - Don't hang up. Dial # # (twice)
• Check Your Balance: Don't hang up! Dial * * (twice)

Note: Calls to cell phones are subject to extra charges.

Terms and Conditions

1. You have requested WIPPhone to provide telecommunication services, the charges for which you will prepay by approved credit card. The services to be provided will automatically cease when prepaid credit is fully exhausted.
2. The use of the prepaid card is subject to the terms and conditions of WIPPhone.
3. The use of the PIN is solely the customer's responsibility. Therefore, should your PIN be lost or stolen, you will give ISO immediate notice by calling 1.800.244.1180. You will remain responsible for all calls made until the cancellation has been confirmed.
4. Rates for telephone calls made under this agreement are subject to change without prior notice. All changes will be announced on ISO web site.
5. Billing cycle is 1 minute, rounded up to a full cent.
6. Calls from a payphone are subject to 95¢ fee.
