What is your insurance company?
My plan uses the Cigna PPO network.
"I have ISO insurance." Doctor's office will not recognize ISO. They know the PPO network name.
Where can I verify your eligibility?
Have the doctors call our claims department, SISCO Benefits at (833) 577-2586.
Do not call Cigna Health Insurance.
Where should we send the claims?
Claims should be sent to Cigna PPO, PO Box 188061 Chattanooga, TN 37422.
Do not send claims to ISO office.
