My plan uses the Aetna PPO network.
"I have ISO insurance." Doctor's office will not recognize ISO. They know the PPO network name.
Where can I verify your eligibility?
Have the doctors call our claims department, SISCO Benefits at (833) 577-2586.
Do not call Aetna Health Insurance.
Where should we send the claims?
Claims should be sent to Aetna PPO, PO Box 981543 El Paso, TX 79998.
