Yes! In the very unlikely event your waiver is denied due to plan benefits, we’ll work with you to try and get it approved. If we can’t help resolve it, you’ll get a full refund—just make sure to reach out within 30 days of your plan’s start date.
Yes! Once you complete your enrollment, you will receive a completed and signed waiver form along with your other insurance documents.
